Amongst those tunes are the three big hits "Lava Ground," off the 'Lava Splash Riddim,' "Can't Satisfy Her," off the 'Father Jungle Rock Riddim,' and "Living In Love," off the 'Hard Times Riddim.' Although his high pitched style can be tiresome at times, this album is a well balanced new-age roots album. "Nah Draw Nil" is another roots tune and "Bleacher," off the 'Black Shade Riddim,' is a good listen as well. It picks up with the more roots-oriented, "Don't Worry," and "Mama And Papa," two of my favorite songs. The album starts off emphasizing his sweet, high-pitched voice over just a guitar on the track "Life Seeds." "Rastafari Liveth," features wailing rock guitars and warns about the dangers of technology, while "More Life," talks about the superiority of living naturally. His powerful, distinct voice and conscious lyrics scored him three hit singles, "Can't Satisfy Her," "Living In Love," and the huge hit and title track "Lava Ground," (the melody later became the backing on the 'Lava Splash Riddim '). In 2005, I Wayne made his debut on VP Records with the album, Lava Ground. Anthony B does his version of Isaac's song with the help of Prestige and Little Devon with "Hot Stuff," Fantan Mojah and Singer Flasher sound just right on "Authentic Love," and Perfect again shows his high level of creativity on "For Ma Family." Another riddim that's so well done that just about any lyrics sound good over it.

Richie Spice's "Operation Kingfish," Capleton's "Mek It Blaze," and Chuck Fender's "Hungry Attack" are all legit, as well as Luciano's "Too Much Too Long" and Sizzla's "Come Give Me Love." A few lesser-known tracks I like are from dancehall veteran Pinchers, showing he can still bring it with "Fire," Mickeylous with "Sticky," and Ras Ghandi with "9 Months Pregnant." Tough to pick a favorite, so I'll give you three.
